Helia Medical is now working on the following projects:

- Canine Oral Insulin (a daily feed - nano delivery system) - Currently, finishing proof of concept and moving to toxicity and clinical trials by later 2011.  

- Feline Stomatits Test  - Test for the presence of the specific bacteria DNA for very precise diagnosis of the disease in the blood of the patient.

- Feline Stomatitis Injectable Series - Starting proof of concept and efficacy in 3rd quarter 2011.  This product is a nano medical device and should be cleared by the early 2012 as a medical device.

- Equine Bone Growth Peptide - Starting proof of concept in the end of 2nd quarter.  This is in development with Aursos, Inc.

- Equine Generic Antibiotic - in one does packages.

- Remote Blood Sugar Monitoring System - A medical device that has a nano particle (non metabolizing) that measures blood sugar levels and is used with a monitor that uses radio frequencies to receive data from the nano particle.  FDA 510K filing by end of 3rd quarter 2011.  This is being developed with a private party.

- Oncology Blood Test -  test for the presence of multiple types of cancer prior to even reaching Stage 1.  Quick test coming 2012.

-  Oncology Medical Device - This project is a medical device that uses high frequency (150 Mhz) to rupture targeted cancer cells (based on the Royal Riffe theories)  FDA 510K filing and CDRH filing by 3rd quarter 2011.

- Bovine Nutraceutical-  replacement for the use of anitbiotics to promote more natural growth in bovine (food production animals.)

- New Projects with ActoKine Therapeutics -  new cytokine therapies for small animals.

Future - Helia Medical is also researching projects involving nano particles, nano robotics, cartilage growing scaffolding, and malleable alloys for equine orthopedic inserts.
